Signed and dated "Whistler -1861-" in the plate c.l., identified on a label from Frederick Keppel & Co., New York, accompanying the lot. Etching on paper, plate size 4 x 5 in. (10.1 x 12.6 cm), framed (without glass). Condition: Toning, not examined out of frame. Provenance: A New England historical society.
