Howard No. 89 Regulator Master Clock, Boston, Massachusetts, the oak case with full-length glass door, 14 in. dia. unsigned painted zinc dial with Roman numerals and opening for escapement viewing, a zinc plated brass, electrically-wound movement with Graham dead-beat escapement marked E. Howard & Company and 916 regulated by an 8 in. dia. brass-faced pendulum bob and wooden rod mounted to the cast iron bracket on the backboard, four circuits for slave clocks or bells, secondary program device and pulleys for 24-hour tapes, (lacking paper tapes), ht. 60 in.
