Classical Cherry and Mahogany Veneer Glazed Corner Cupboard, probably New York State, c. 1825, in two sections: the top with two cockbeaded double arched glazed doors with molded mullions opening to four shelves; the lower section with central drawer with shaped facade flanked by shaped faux drawers and two cockbeaded recessed paneled doors, all on turned feet, replaced pulls, refinished, (imperfections), ht. 85, wd. 48, dp. 24 1/2 in. Note: George Norman Pierce, founder of Pierce Bicycle Company, who later built and raced Pierce-Arrow motor cars in Buffalo, New York.
