Oak and Pine Painted Joined Chest, attributed to the Cook shop tradition, Windsor, Connecticut, or Hampshire County, Massachusetts, c. 1680, the chest with beaded styles and ogee molded rails with four chamfered recessed panels and conforming sides, the top rail carved with initials "T.P", old red-painted surface, (replaced top), ht. 24, wd. 46, dp. 20 in.
