Painted and Carved Queen Anne Side Chair, Boston, Massachusetts, mid 18th century, the yoke carved crest rail above a vasiform splat and raking molded styles on trapezoidal leather overupholstered seat, on beaded frontal cabriole legs ending in square pad feet, joined to the chamfered raking rear legs by vase and ring-turned stretchers, old dark brown paint, (minor imperfections), ht. 41, seat ht. 18 in. crack at bottom of splat, leather upholstery and webbing of fine quality.
