Federal Tiger Maple and Maple Chest over Two Drawers, New England, c. 1800-10, the rectangular hinged lift top opens to a well, above a case of two scratchbeaded faux drawers and two working drawers, all on valanced skirt joining flaring French feet, brasses appear to be original, refinished, (minor imperfections), ht. 36 3/4, wd. 38 1/2, dp. 18 1/2 in. staining to top, underside of lid with blocks to prevent warp - either earlu replacements or were moved.
