Three Light Aqua Blown Molded Glass Flasks, America, early 19th century, the first, a pint flask (McKearin No. 382, GX-15), one side featuring a leafy tree with bird perched in a branch with raised lettering "SUMMER" above, the reverse showing a leafless tree with bird and "WINTER" above; the second, a pint flask (McKearin no. 251, GIV-34), depicting a full-rigged frigate over "FRANKLIN" and "FREE TRADE SAILORS RIGHTS" in a semi-circle above, the reverse with "KENSINGTON GLASS WORKS PHILADELPHIA" in a semi-circle above a Masonic arch with farming implements and a sheaf of rye (crack near base, lip chip, sic); the third, a half-pint flask (McKearin no. 375, GX-8), probably made by Joel Bodine & Sons, Bridgetown, New Jersey, one side depicting a sloop, the reverse with an eight-point star with tiny ornaments between the rays, ht. 7 1/4, 6 3/4, 5 5/8 in.
