Paint Decorated Dressing Table, probably New England c. 1830, the scrolled backboard centering a stenciled compote of fruit on the chamfered rectangular top and straight skirt with drawer, all on ring-turned tapering legs, original rosewood graining bordered by yellow striping, (minor imperfections), ht. 29, wd. 31, dp. 15 in. Very minor paint loss, a few scratches on the top, wear to the front edge, scattered spots.
