Anders Zorn (Swedish, 1860-1920) Marcellin Berthelot, 1906, second state of two (Asplund, 206). Signed "Zorn" in pencil l.r., monogrammed and dated within the plate. Etching on laid paper with partial figural watermark, plate size 8 1/4 x 6 1/4 in. (20.8 x 15.8 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Margins approximately 1 3/4 inches with deckled edges, toning, prevalent mat burn, annotations to lower margin, hinges/residue to edges on the reverse.
