Eight-Panel Screen, China, 18th/19th century, rosewood frame with archaic carvings, one side with a textile collage of birds and flowers, the reverse painted and inset with soapstone carving of the Immortals, (loss and staining), 82 x 20 in. Provenance: Deaccessioned by the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, with all proceeds to benefit the Museum's acquisitions funds.
