Continental, Late 19th C. Jacobean style carved stained oak draw-leaf table with rectangular parquetry top with extending leaves, above double cup-and-cover foliate carved supports on trestle base unified by rectangular stretcher and ending on scrolled shoe feet. 30", width 78.3 (closed), 125.3"(open, each leaf 23.5"), depth 39.25". Provenance: Former catcher with the Chicago Cubs and one of Nashville's most prolific restaurateurs.
