Federal Mahogany Inlaid Glazed Desk Bookcase, New Hampshire, c. 1810, the top section with shaped and pierced fretwork joining reeded plinths topped by eagle and ball finials, above the hinged cockbeaded glazed doors opening to a shelved interior, with three short drawers below, set into projecting lower section of long drawer and pull out writing surface and two hinged doors with inlaid stringing and banded borders, on inlaid arched skirt joining turned legs, old brass pulls, refinished, (minor imperfections and restoration), ht. 77, wd. 37 3/4, dp. 19 3/4 in.
