Mills & Co., Belleville, N.J., A.D. Crane's Patent and gilt, pressed brass surround, all housing a year duration brass, spring powered fusee movement with Crane's "walking escapement", "daisy-cam" motion work, horizontal rotary strike hammer and single ball pendulum, (crack on lower corner of tablet), ht. 22 1/2 in.
