Portrait Miniature of a Baby in a Red Dress, possibly by Augustus Fuller (American, 1812-1873), circa 1835, watercolor on ivory showing a bust-length oval portrait of the baby wearing a white laced trimmed red dress and is pointing one finger, 2 1/8 x 1 5/8 in. , in an oval gold case with chased bezel, the the reverse engine-turned with a small empty compartment. Condition: Small lifting of paint l.l. Note: A label affixed to the reverse is inscribed "American 1835 Fuller."
