George Catlin, artist and publisher (American, 1796-1872) Lot of Two Engravings Titled To the Cadets of the West Point Military Academy... Engraved, printed and colored by J. Hill, 1828. Identified in inscriptions in the matrix. Two engravings of the same subject with hand-coloring on paper, sheet size 19 1/8 x 26 3/8 and 14 1/2 x 20 1/4 in., framed. Condition: Both with toning, the smaller laid down onto cardboard, 6 in. tear into image.
