Group of Six Photographic Images, America, mid 19th century, including six portraits of a girl named Frances P Howe (Wood), one of which is a half-plate Matthew Brady studio ambrotype in a hinged case to view both sides, with brass mats with Brady's impressed marks, labeled "Frances P. Howe en route to school in Switzerland," three small daguerreotypes including a sixth plate, a ninth, and a sixteenth plate, one in an embossed leather case, one in a blue velvet case, and one in a thermoplastic case, together with a quarter plate daguerreotype portrait of a family with a mother, father, and child, in a gilt embossed red leather case (imperfections).
