Gabriel Godard (French, b. 1933) Paysage Mauve Signed and dated "G. Godard. 68." l.l., titled on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 39 1/2 x 28 3/4 in. (100.3 x 73.0 cm), unframed. Condition: Good. N.B. School of Paris painter, Gabriel Godard was born in Delouze in Lorraine and began painting around 1950. His work is in numerous public and private collections including the Musee d'Art Moderne in Paris.
