Three-color Woven Wool and Cotton Jacquard Coverlet, America, 1868, one-piece coverlet in shades of indigo, iron red, green, and white cotton, with alternating rows of leafy medallions and eight-point stars, with foliate borders and fringe on three sides, two corner blocks with the year 1868, (minor fringe losses, light stains), 87 1/2 x 69 1/2 in. Some of the fringe is shorter in length then the rest of the fringe. Fairly unobtrusive scattered light stains.
