Lot of Two Prints: Jan Gelb (American, 1906-1978), Sun in a Puddle, signed in pencil and dated "1972" l. r., titled and numbered "3/20" l.l., blindstamp l.l., etching, sheet size 30 x 22 in., The Six Days of Creation , signed in pencil and dated 1965 l.r., titled and numbered "13/25" l.l., etching, sheet size 24 x 20 in., both unframed. Condition: The first with deckled edges, some dirt on surface, former tape hinges affixed verso, the second with some acid burn and paper loss in the margins, tape residue verso. Provenance: The sale of this work will benefit a university art museum.
