Two Decorated Rookwood Bowls Pottery Cincinnati, Ohio, early 20th century Octagonal form raised on four feet in matte blue glaze, decorated with circular floral decoration on interior base in rose, blue, yellow and green, pottery mark and artist initials, dated 26, numbered 2697 on base, ht. 3, approx. dia. 9 1/4 in.; swollen circular form raised on circular foot in cream glaze with abstract floral decoration in colors of blue, green, rose, and yellow, pottery mark, dated 18 and numbered 1842 on base, ht. 2 7/8, approx. dia. 4 3/8 in. Smaller bowl has some surface dirt and wear.
