Wedgwood Yellow Jasper Dip Biscuit Barrel and Cover, England, c. 1930, cylindrical shape on a tapered foot, applied black Muses between fruiting grapevine festoons terminating at lion masks and rings, running grapevines to foot, silver plated rim, handle, brass finial with figure of Napoleon, impressed mark, rim ht. 5 1/2 in. Finial, though old, a later replacement . Slight relief loss to a festoon; stain to white band beneath each Muse; shallow footrim chip, mostly under base.
