Carved Hardwood and Ivory Mounted Box, late 19th/early 20th century, oval, the richly grained wood incised with scrolls and roseheads, the lid inset with an ivory quatrefoil carved with a nude woman in a crown, kneeling and holding a flower garland, in lobed silver frame, on small silver-mounted ivory ball feet, with small silver fillet applied to base of box marked "FWC 830," wd. 5, ht. 2 1/2 in.
