In the manner of John Henry Twachtman (American, 1853-1902). "Harbor Scene", oil on canvas, signed lower right "John ??". Painting is compositionally very similar to, but not an exact copy of Twachtman's "Gloucester Harbor", and depicts an overhead view of a harbor with homes surrounding a body of water, many with terra cotta colored roofs, the harbor with many sailboats, and a distant green hillside spreading along the horizon line. Framed approximately 30.75" x 42.5", unframed approximately 24" x 36".
