Interchangeable Musical Box by Paillard, Style 24, No. 3164, with three nickel plated cylinders playing eight airs each, spring crank-wound from beneath the bedplate, brass stop/start lever engaging with notch in the cylinder, engine-turned zither, in rosewood veneered case with cylinder storage drawer, brass handles, thuya borders, transfer on front, and inlaid musical trophies on lid, wd. 27, cylinder 13 in. Movement has not been cleaned recently, but plays well. Tone is strong and bright. Case retains original worn finish. Replacement crank.
