Gifford (American, 1859-1936), Tepees on the Columbia, inscribed "COPYRIGHT 1905, BY B.A. GIFFORD, THE DALLES ORE" in the plate l.l., titled in the plate l.r., gelatin silver print, sight size 8 x 19 3/4 in. (20.3 x 50.2 cm); Rollin H. McKay (American, 1878-1906), On the Montana Range, stamped "R H McKay" l.r., identified on a period label affixed to the back mat, photographic print with color, mounted, 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 in. (19.1 x 24.1 cm). Both unframed, matted. Condition: Good, Tepees not examined out of mat. Tepees is glued to plywood and has a facing mat glued to its surface. There are striations of staining to the image. Montana is glued onto cardboard.
