Alfred Thompson Bricher (American, 1837-1908) Campobello Bay Monogrammed signature "ATBRICHER" l. l., later inscription on the reverse indicates this work was included in The Bricher Exhibition, Holyoke Museum, Holyoke, Massachusetts, February-March 1972. Watercolor on paper, sight size 9 1/2 x 20 3/4 in. (24.1 x 52.7 cm), framed. Condition: Repaired tear l.c., toning, subtle fading, scattered staining u.r., two pinhole punctures u.c. The work is adhered to the back mat along the top edge. The sheet sizer is approximately the same as the sight size. There is also a small piece of tape on the reverse l.c.
