A bamboo and hardwood tea tray of square form having a bamboo gallery to top, the platform decorated with red lacquer having a floral landscape scene to lower left extending toward upper right with birds to branches and flying, the background decorated in diaper patterning with swastikas, a Buddhist symbol for auspiciousness, and the front of tray with two rectangular drawers with fronts decorated with floral motif with copper leaf form drawer pulls. Unmarked. Approximately 4.625" tall x 14" square.
