Queen Anne Silver Mug, London, 1708, William Spring, maker, tapered conical, with ribbed banding to rim, shoulder, and foot, cast ear handle, monogrammed to underside of foot, ht. 3 7/8 in., approx. 9 troy oz. good, with minor age-typical wear. base of handle pushed into body very slightly (showing as a very light halo to interior of mug). Marks somewhat rubbed, but still discernable.
