George III Silver Two-Bottle Standish, London, 1774, William Plummer, maker, shaped stand with gadrooned rim accented with shells, on openwork shell feet, and with reticulated frames, two enclosing pair of colorless glass pots, wd. 9 3/4 in., approx. 12 troy oz. surface wear from cleaning resulting in small holes at four of the raisaed area of stand. bottles with typica fleabites. lids not hallmarked.
