American, Late 18th century (circa 1780). Pennsylvania Chippendale lowboy with rectangular top above long pull out drawer with pierced diamond centered brasses and escutcheon above three short pull out drawers (center with carved shell and undulating foliates), undulating skirt or apron with shell motif. Overall supported on four cabriole legs with acanthus covered knees terminating on ball and claw feet. Approximate height 30", width 34", depth 21.75".
