Yellow Pine and Ash Desk on Stand southeastern America, 18th century, the hinged desk top opens to a cavity,old dark stain, (very minor imperfections) repaired full-length crack to top (wooden braces underneath); bottom of interior cracked in two, with new horizontal support; cleats loose under top 2 South. furn bks have images with similar leg forms but woods that differ from the ones pictured.
