Two Tin and Glass Candle Lanterns, America, early 19th century, one with three-tier pierced chimney on square lantern with glass panels, hinged door, side-mounted and interior candlestick holders, black-painted tin; the other cylindrical, with ring handle, three glass panels, hinged door, and interior candleholder, (minor imperfections), ht. 15 1/4, 16 in. Square form lantern- with paint loss on tin, interior ring surrounding candlecup is loose; cylindrical lantern has a few minor dents around the base.
