Grain-painted Pine Stand-up Desk, attributed to John Rupp, Hanover, Pennsylvania, early 19th century, the hinged top opens to a compartment above two doors with raised panels on turned feet, original surface, (very minor imperfections), ht. 54, writing ht. 49, wd. 42, dp. 24 in. Interior shelf added, can be removed; repair to the rear left molding where it was chipped.
