Carel Lodewijk Dake, the Younger (Dutch, 1886-1946) Sunset Beyond the Palms Signed "C. L. Dake..." l.r. Oil on panel, 14 1/2 x 12 in. (36.7 x 30.3 cm), framed. Condition: Surface grime. N.B. Although Dake worked primarily in Amsterdam, he traveled extensively to Bali, Java, and throughout Southeast Asia.
