Silver Gilt and Cloisonne Enamel Box, Faberge, Feodor Ruckert, 1912, in the Neo-Russian style, the oblong casket with hinged lid and handles raised on bun feet, with polychrome rose and dogwood floral and foliate motifs and elaborate applied wirework scrolls, 5 1/2 x 3 3/8 x 2 3/8 in. , lid and box with Faberge Moscow workshop mark and Imperial warrant, overstruck mark for Feodor Ruckert, Moscow assay marks for 1908 - 1917, inscribed "S.N.K. St. Petersburg" and dated 4 July 1912. Note: Ruckert was a Moscow German who worked in the 17th century Russian style. Faberge Box Overstruck mark appears on lid Bottom of box with extensive oxidations, interior with large spots of oxidation SLight wear to the bottom of one foot, slight loss to enamel there, unobtrusive unless turned over body of the box without any observable enamel loss or dents
