"The Necktube" Aluminum Tube Necklace Aluminum Designed by Frans van Nieuwenborg and Martijn Wegman, 1972 Two semi-circles of hollow tube fit together by black plastic pieces and internal elastic string, designers' signatures on exterior of tube, accompanied by original box, black leather sleeve, and information card, approx. dia. 4 3/4 in. Note: This piece was made in small quantities. It is exhibited at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.
