George III Bookcase and Chest of Drawers, late 18th century, molded cornice with meandering carved frieze above a pair of mullioned doors; projecting lower section with two short over three long drawers, on bracket feet, ht. 77, wd. 41, dp. 20 in. Both lower sides with long repaired shrinkage cracks and murky color; right pilaster with veneer chip to lower part; top and bottom by association; age typical minor defects.
