Georgian Mahogany Tea Caddy, early 19th century, of sarcophagus form, the foil-lined interior fitted with two tea wells and an associated Regency period cut glass mixing bowl, with later ball, ht. 8, wd. 12 1/4 in. Age typical minor defects, including a few small losses to line banding at base above two feet, light shrinkage, and nicks. later feet. good color. interior of wells with traces of foiling. one well lid reglued back onto well; the other with lid loose, needing to be reattched to body. interior of lid refoiled.
