Napoleon III Ebonized, Brass-inlaid and Bronze-mounted "Boullework" Cabinet, third quarter 19th century, breakfronted rectangular top above a conforming case fitted with a door enclosing a shelved interior, on turned feet, inlaid with scrolling foliage and with foliate cast bronze mounts, ht. 42 1/2, wd. 38 1/2, dp. 17 in. Moderately heavy losses to central door with some additional popping brass, very typical for this type of furniture; else with age typical additional defects.
