Gilt-gesso and Wood Split-baluster Mirror, probably New England, c. 1825, the tablet showing a full-length portrait of a girl holding a hat against a draped background, with leaf and star border, 27 1/2 x 13 1/4 in. Painted tablet and glass appear to be original, old gold paint on frame over original gilding, appears to have original chamfered wood backing.
