Chippendale Maple Slant-lid Desk, probably Colchester, Connecticut, area, late 18th century, with interior of eleven drawers and eight compartments, brasses appear to be original, refinished, (minor restoration), ht. 42 3/4, wd. 38 1/4, dp. 18 1/2 in. drawer sides patched, drawer runners replaced, right side molding at base may be replaced, secondary woods chestnut and yellow pine, one foot cracked and repaired.
