Queen Anne Mahogany Dressing Table, Salem, Massachusetts, area, l760-80, the top with molded edge overhangs a case of thumbmolded drawers, flat-headed arches, arris knees and high pad feet, original brasses, old refinish, (imperfections), ht. 30 1/4, case wd. 28 1/2, overall wd. 32 3/4, case dp. 19, overall dp. 21 in. 2 small patches in top at knots; top has been on and off, with extra points of attachment; top with 10 inch shrinkage crack from right side; white pine secondary wood; back board extends further than top edge at back of piece (probably from resetting).
