Mahogany Patent Timepiece or "Banjo" Clock, with cross-banded frames enclosing reverse-painted tablets, the lower depicting "Aurora", 7 1/2 in. dia. painted iron dial with Roman numerals and remains of a gold band inside the chapter ring, eight-day timepiece with Concord type "butterfly" bridge, pendulum and lead weight, ht. 31 3/4 in. glasses are old repaints, dial is undisturbed, components are period.
