Fearing, Rochester, Massachusetts, with reeded frames enclosing reverse-painted glasses, the upper flanked by cast brass side ornaments depicts an eagle and shield, the lower, The Constitution and Guerriere , 7 1/2 in. dia. painted iron dial with Arabic numerals and marked Sherman T. Fearing, Rochester, Mass. with inside backboard stamped the same, eight-day time-only movement stamped with maker's name, pendulum and lead weight, ht. 32 in. Slight rust on hands, otherwise generally in good condition.
