18th Century Grained and Painted Wood Bannister-back Armchair, with woven seat. Provenance: Accompanied by Mayfield, New York inscribed photographic portrait postcard depicting Hugh Hiram Woodworth (1810-1910) seated in the family bannister-back armchair. H.H. Woodworth was the son of Revolutionary War veteran William G. Woodworth. Hugh Woodworth's son Johnathan gave the chair and photograph to the father of Betsy C. Rork.
