Luigi Lucioni (American, 1900-1988) Vermont Farm Signed and dated "L. Lucioni '31" l.l., identified on labels including The Casson Galleries, Boston, on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 18 1/8 x 27 1/8 in. (46.0 x 68.9 cm), framed. Condition: Surface grime, minor abrasions beneath frame liner, subtle varnish inconsistencies. Provenance: By family descent from the estate of Charles and Dorothy Bent, Leominster, Massachusetts. Canvas is stretched around a thin sheet of cardstock to stretcher bars but does not appear to be adhered to it, no additional condition issues to report.
