Salvador Dalí (Spanish, 1904-1989) PAPILLONS ANCIENNES /A Portfolio of Four Images, 1976-1977, total edition of 718 (Lopsinger & Michler, 1491-1494). Each signed "Dali" in pencil l.r. and numbered "103/250" in pencil l.l., identified on the colophon page. Color lithographs on Arches paper with watermark, sheet sizes 29 1/2 x 20 3/4 in. (74.8 x 52.5 cm), in the original portfolio box. Condition: Wear to box. The portfolio box has surface grime and abraisions. There is also some slight bowing to the top of the box. There is perhaps some extremely mild toning to some of the sheets and the ink on the prints has bled through to the reverse.
