Eleven Early Glass Bottles and Flasks, England and America, 18-19th century, including two 18th c. olive green spirit bottles, five historical flasks including a Westford Glass Co. olive-amber American eagle/Liberty 1/2 pint flask GII-65, a Mount Vernon Glass Works amber 1/2 pint railroad flask GV-5, a Dyottville aquamarine Washington/Taylor quart portrait flask GI-39, an olive green 1/2 pint eagle/eagle flask, an aquamarine pint flask with "UNION" over shield with clasped hands, the reverse with eagle and shield; three calabash form bottles including one aquamarine with leafed tree and sheaf of rye with crossed pitchfork and rake, one green with eagle and shield, and one aquamarine with eagle and shield and UNION shield with clasped hands; a c. 1900 dark amber bottle with embossed lettering "MOUNT VERNON PURE RYE WHISKEY," "COOK & BERNHEIMER COMPANY..." the half pint eagle/eagle flask has an extensive crack and small loss, the smaller 18th c. bottle has come chips around the mouth, calabash tree/sheaf is sick, most have some wear to high point areas.
