French Provincial Elmwood Armoire, third quarter 19th century, with ogee molded cornice above a pair of paneled doors opening to an interior with modern re-fit of shelves and hardware to recess the doors, all on a plinth base, ht. 87, wd. 58 1/2, dp. 25 1/2 in. Moderate worming throughout along with shrinkage, natural wood faults and minor warping; functions very well; age typical additional minor defects.
