George III Style Fruitwood and Harewood Marquetry-inlaid Cabinet on Stand, early 20th century, upper section of inlaid cornice simulating fluting and carved with flowerheads and gilded lancets above a pair of glazed doors enclosing four shelves; lower section with rectangular top and frieze inlaid with scrolling foliage and vitruvian scrolls, on square, tapered legs joined by a shelf stretcher, ht. 84, wd. 47 1/2, dp. 15 1/4 in. Overall very good to excellent; minor chipping to cornice and minor veneer shrinkage; age typical minor defects.
